At Fitness Score, we provide a unique fitness testing experience that measures your performance against published norms. This allows you to understand your fitness level, track and improve your score..

Started in 2026, Fitness Score was founded by those who founded Private Workout where they developed and tweaked their workout 52 times over 16 years and 35,000 customers. First, customers take a free fitness test that is scored by published fitness norms to produce a fitness score.

At Fitness Score, we offer a 30 minute "Private Workout" where customers can workout in private rooms with a friend, or alone, allowing each person to concentrate on the workout and their form. Everyone works out at the same time, then moves to the next exercise at the same time. Some customers schedule "workout dates" to make sure they stay consistent!

Every Saturday morning we run tests so our members can see how much they have progressed. Some test weekly, some every other week, and some monthly. Each test produces the latest score...measurable results.
One 33 year old lifted a total of 5,000 lbs on his first 30 minute workout, and 50,000 lbs on his 100th workout!

Workout in private with a friend, boyfriend, husband, wife, workout buddy, or just another member working out at the same time. Some have "workout dates!" Like in tennis, sometimes workout with another single player there when you are.

Or workout solo, concentrate on your form and watch yourself in a mirror to perfect your form without an audience.

Like a group session, everyone changes exercises at the same time and starts the next one at the same time, only in private instead of a group.

Unlike most gyms where you have to find your own workout, we are more like a boot camp and tell you what is next and when to do it.

As part of the fitness score workout we work you on treadmills every other workout. While running will not build muscle, it is important to overall fitness and cardio health
